Christie is hands down the best trainer you can find. She has changed mine, and my wife’s lives completely. I have never felt better, and she has always pushed me to be better. I could not have gotten as far as I am in my fitness journey without Christie.

Today's session was GREAT. Christie challenges you but knows your limits. She keeps checking in with you, and helps you fouce on form. Highly recommend her for a trainer!

Christe is truly dedicated to seeing you meet your fitness goals. She has helped me understand they why in each set I do which helps me focus more while I’m doing the sets. She listens and encourages throughout our sessions. Wonderful trainer!!!
